How do I book a photoshoot?

We'll discuss the property's main features and your requirements - then plan a suitable day to schedule the photoshoot.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We're based just outside Cardiff, South Wales and travel throughout the UK including internationally if required.
How long does a photoshoot take?
It all depends on the size of the property and the services you require. We'll discuss this during the initial call to give you an idea.
When will I see the photos?
Within 24 hours of the shoot you'll be invited to view a private online gallery to view all final images.
Once you've made your selection from the gallery, you can download both the high resolution and web ready images to use.
How do I prepare the property before photographing?
Please take a few minutes to read our 'Home Staging Guide' that provides practical advice of how to stage a property for sale.
On the day of the shoot, we ask for a brief tour of the property, and if necessary - will suggest alternative staging ideas to achieve the best presentation.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day ?
If the weather forecast becomes unfavourable, we'll contact you a few days before the shoot and reschedule if desired.
For exterior photography, we always recommend bright sunny days, but for interiors - a cloudy day is fine - as we use professional lighting that can recreate the sunlight effect through windows.
