What do you photograph in a residential property shoot?
First I capture elevated views of the property and gardens with our 9-metre telescopic pole, then moving inside, I photograph all main reception rooms including kitchen, living and dining spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and en-suites. Typically, we don't shoot garage spaces or small utility rooms unless requested.
How long does it take to photograph a residential property?
This depends on the size and location of the property.
As a guide, a 4 bedroom suburban family home takes approx 1½ hours. Larger properties command more time, but we discuss this with you at the time of booking.
During an initial walk through with you, we discuss the main features of the property and offer further presentation advice if needed.
Then using small wireless flashguns, we compose and light each space to create warm inviting images to bring your property to life.
