Estate/Letting Agents (Buyer of Service)
All photography/videography can be used in all advertising material relating to the sale of the property photographed; only by the current listing Estate Agent (buyer of service), and only during the term of the agreement between the Estate Agent and property owner.
A 'Usage License' is provided to the Estate Agent (buyer of service) ONLY, and NOT any third party for any reason. The Estate Agent is solely responsible for all images and content posted in print or website and will hold South Wales Property Photography and Gareth Blunt harmless for any claims, damages, or legal proceedings that may arise from the use of the images. All photography/videography will remain the copyright of Gareth Blunt / South Wales Property Photography.

Homeowners (Buyer of Service)
Homeowners can hire our services direct, and are provided with a 'Usage License' allowing all photography/videography to be used by all vendor-appointed
Estate Agent(s) for use in their advertising material to promote the property during the period of the listing ONLY, and only during the term of the agreement(s) between the homeowner (buyer of service) and their chosen listing Estate Agent(s).
All media must not be reproduced, sold or redistributed to ANY other third party including (but not limited to), Interior Designers, Builders, Architects, Contractors, accommodation advertising, editorial magazine, website or newspaper, unless written consent is received from Gareth Blunt. All media will be copyrighted by South Wales Property Photography and Gareth Blunt.

These images must not be reproduced, sold or redistributed to ANY third party including (but not limited to), Estate/Letting Agents, vendors, accommodation advertising, editorial magazine, website or newspaper, unless written consent is received from Gareth Blunt. Any unauthorised use will be considered a copyright violation and subject to legal action and monetary penalties. All images remain the copyright of Gareth Blunt c/o South Wales Property Photography.
